What a beautiful stay in an inspiring place, where sea and land and nature collide with a magnificent work of art, in this house. The longer the stay the more the feeling of this beautiful place sinks into the unconscious. Leaving here feels like leaving all of the above behind, but at the same time taking so much of the feelings inspired by the environment with us. Special thanks to you two, Brian and Lindsay, for making the experience extra special. For your generosity, stimulating conversation and kindness. Look forward to visiting this gorgeous place again, with gratitude and warm regards

Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in your magnificent home. The views and scenery are breathtaking and the situation of the home among this picturesque landscape is an experience we not forget for a long time. Staying here gave us a peace and quiet we did not realise was possible, basically on the door of Matakana. Your hospitality was outstanding and we had a fantastic stay. A recommended experience to all! We look forward to visiting you again in the near future. All the best,
Danny, Ran, Michael, Josh and Matt xoxo

This was the PERFECT get-away house from all the noise and business of Central Auckland. From the handcrafted furniture, doors and finishings to the artwork, scenery and hospitality. We will be returning here for summer. Thank you Lindsay & Brian for sharing your wonderful home
